Nutrition is a key component that helps you to regulate your energy levels and remain focused and strong throughout the day. It’s very easy to skip a meal while getting swept away with a heavy workload. Make sure to have 3 food intakes daily, that way you can maintain a healthy blood sugar level which will prevent a dip in your energy levels and mood.
Get moving! Through activity and getting your blood pumping, you may notice some great effects, like a stable mood and feeling calmer and more focused. Fit 40 minutes of daily exercise into your schedule 5 days a week, from walking to hitting the treadmill.
Sleep is underrated, but lack of sleep can have far reaching effects. Aim to sleep 7 hours per night. If this is something that you struggle with, you may want to consult an MD.
