Fitting a 30 minute break into your day helps to reduce any feelings of overwhelm. And if you’re the one person in the office who never takes all of their vacation days, it’s time to give yourself a much needed break!
On the subject of taking a break, reducing your daily amount of tech time outside of the office can help you to relax.
Having boundaries is important for mental wellbeing. Speak with your friend or spouse about different ways that you can say no to demands that you are unable to attend to.
